This project sought to explore traditional single point recording with modern immersive audio technologies. The objective of the recording was to capture a live performance of a composition written by myself, using first order single point coincident array audio recording techniques. Aesthetically the concept for this project was influenced by Mark Hollis’ solo album self-titled Mark Hollis (1998).
