Raluca Nagy is Research Associate at the Asia Centre of the University of Sussex. She has a background in economics and holds a PhD in anthropology from the Free University of Brussels and in sociology from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest. Her main research interests are healthcare and mobilities and her current regional focus is on Japan. Raluca has been, since 2009, Scientific Associate at the Laboratoire d’anthropologie des mondes contemporains, a research centre of the Free University of Brussels and, since 2011, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bucharest.
