Northfield
The Northfield residential housing development, providing 1,100 beds in total, consists of 14 residential buildings plus a social centre. There is a mix of accessible units, single occupancy and family flats.
The development was carefully designed to suit the locality, owing to its situation at the edge of the South Downs National Park.
The third and final phase of the the project - to construct a further 150 beds in Northfield - was completed in December 2013.
