Training and Support

For information on accessing and using the Artemis HPC system please see the dedicated Artemis support webpages (you’ll need to be using a campus computer or connected to the Sussex VPN to access these).

The Platforms – Research team are currently producing training materials on use of the HPC system which will we hope to make available soon. When the training materials are available we will be arranging regular training sessions that will be open for all users of the HPC system. 

For support with desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi access, software, and email please submit a support incident using the ITS Support Portal so the correct team can assist you.
