The Library offers assistance on how to manage your research data and can advise on writing a Data Management Plan to include in a funding bid.
The Sussex Researcher School collaborates with faculties, schools and professional services divisions across the University to enable the progression and development of emerging researchers.
Research and Innovation services at the University of Sussex provides researchers with expertise and support throughout the research life cycle and throughout their whole career. We help researchers to secure research funding and to have impact outside of academia through public engagement, partnerships and regional and business engagement activities.
Library research support services
Strategic oversight for the development and operation of ITS research support services is provided by the Research IT Committee, which reports to the University’s Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee (RaKE).
The committee is Chaired by Prof. Seb Oliver (Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor Research) and includes members from across the research community representing the needs of different research domains and methodologies, and other Professional Services colleagues.

HPC User Group
The HPC User Group is focussed on the specific needs and concerns of researchers using ITS High Performance Computing services. It is chaired by Prof Steve Wilkins (Physics and Astronomy).
