UN RÉSEAU D’AVOCATS AU SERVICE DES PME		A NETWORK OF LAW FIRMS AT THE SERVICE OF SMES

Les PME qui s’internationalisent sont aujourd’hui confrontées à des problèmes juridiques et judiciaires qui dépassent leur environnement traditionnel. C’est entre autres pour aider les chefs d’entreprises à affronter ce type de problèmes que s’est créé en 1992 EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL. Ce réseau d’avocats indépendants offre à la clientèle de leur arrondissement le bénéfice de services juridiques à l’échelle européenne. Ce Groupement Européen d’Intérêt Économique (GEIE) a sélectionné près de 700 cabinets dans plus de 650 villes regroupant quelque 4 000 juristes reconnus dans 19 pays (Communauté Européenne, Suisse, Norvège, Liechtenstein et Islande). EUROJURIS dispose également de correspondants dans diverses parties du monde. Utiliser les compétences localement est la meilleure réponse à la diversité juridique, judiciaire et commerciale de l’Europe. SMEs which internationalise are today confronted with legal and judicial problems which go beyond those they traditionally encounter. Helping the directors of companies deal with the type of problem is one of the reasons for the creation in 1992 of a network of independent law firms called EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL offering their local clients the advantages of Europe-wide legal services. This European Economic Interest Group (EEIG) has selected some 700 law firms in more than 650 towns to bring together some 4,000 lawyers recognised in 19 countries (the 15 EU Member States, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland). EUROJURIS also has correspondents in different parts of the world. Using local knowledge is the best way of dealing with the diversity of legal, juridical and commercial situations in Europe. The lawyers are on the spot, in the places where the problem occurs; they are aware of the relevant authorities, know how to conduct legal work efficiently in the language of the country, and can therefore provide small exporters with a high quality service.

Les normes de qualité d’EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL : Dans le but d’améliorer les prestations proposées aux entreprises, EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL a adopté le 10 juin 1994 une charte de qualité qui doit servir de base aux relations avec les clients mais aussi entre les avocats du réseau recrutés sur des critères stricts : aptitude à la consultation transnationale, maîtrise des langues étrangères, transparence dans la fixation des honoraires et des services offerts.		EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL's quality standards: In order to improve the services it offers to firms, EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL adopted on 10 June 1994 a quality assurance charter setting out strict criteria which will serve as a basis for its relations with its clients and also for relations between the lawyers recruited to the network. Included are aptitude for international consultation, command of foreign languages and transparency in the setting of fees and in the services offered.
