Our Criminal Justice Law Clinic provides pro bono advice to the public on crime and justice-related issues. We provide a public service to people who seek legal advice on crime and criminal justice-related issues and cannot obtain advice elsewhere (for financial or other reasons). At the same time, the Clinic provides opportunities for our students to develop and improve their practical legal skills.

The Clinic works in collaboration with several charities who assist our students with legal issues around appeal rights, campaigns to change the law, and protest support.

We can offer advice on areas including:

• criminal offences 
• appeals against conviction and/or sentence 
• prisoner rights.
