Hybrid Meeting Rooms
IT Services has installed a suite of Hybrid Meeting Rooms across the campus.
Most are designed for Microsoft Teams, but you can also use Zoom with them. They all have high definition cameras and microphones, and a control panel that you can use to join or create a hybrid meeting.
On this page you will find two video guides (one to use the rooms, and one to set up the Zoom add-in for Outlook). You can also download printable guides at the bottom of this page.
