Venue
The Festival of Sust(AI)nable Education will be held at the University of Sussex Business School, located in the Jubilee Building. Look for signage directing you to the venue upon arrival. A map can be downloaded here for your reference. The ground floor of the Jubilee Building can be accessed via two entrances (West and North of the building). Upon arrival there will be two check in desks, where a member of staff will scan your ticket.
Parking
Parking for attendees will be available in car park 7. Please refer to the campus map and follow signage for parking assistance. If you require a parking permit, please let us know in advance of the event. A member of staff will provide you with a parking permit upon arrival to car park 7.
Public transportation options
Various public transportation options are available to reach the University of Sussex Business School. Plan your journey using local bus routes or train services. Accessibility
The event venue is wheelchair accessible, with lifts in operation, ground floor toilet facilities and designated accessible parking spaces available in car park 7. If you require any additional accessibility accommodations, please contact the event organisers in advance.
Check-in process
Upon arrival, please proceed to the designated check-in area at either entrance. Please have your QR code ready to be scanned. This will have been sent to you from Ticket Tailor after you registered for the event. Check-in will be open from 10am.
Lost and found
If you misplace any belongings during the event, please report to the reception desk for assistance or ask a member of staff.
Emergency procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided by event staff and emergency personnel. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the venue. Please familiarise yourself with the nearest exits upon arrival.

FAQs
Will food and beverages be provided at the event?
Yes, light refreshments will be available during designated breaks at 10am and 12noon. A vegetarian menu will be served at 1.05pm in the area immediately outside of the Jubilee Building. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available as part of the drinks reception at 4.30pm.
All food and drink is free and included as part of your ticket. Various dietary requirements will be catered for wherever possible, but please ensure these are mentioned in the relevant section of the checkout page.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided for all attendees.
Can I bring a guest to the event?
Guests are welcome, but please ensure they register in advance of the event to guarantee entry.
