Entreprendre en Haute-Normandie et Entreprendre en Picardie visent à augmenter le flux de créations et de reprises d'entreprises, à accroître la pérennité des entreprises créées et reprises et à développer le goût d'entreprendre. | Creating a company is a complex procedure, composed of numerous steps. In order to maximise the chances of success, a creator can obtain the support of the regional professional network (consular chambers, credit establishments, professionals, large companies…). Entreprendre en Haute Normandie and Entreprendre en Picardie (Starting up in Haute-Normandie and in Picardie) aim to increase the creation and revival rates of companies, to increase the durability of companies created and to develop the mentality for starting-up. | |

| Le Passeport Entreprendre | The Passport to starting up | |
| Le Passeport Entreprendre est remis au créateur après analyse de son projet et validation de sa démarche par le Conseiller Entreprendre de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie ou de la Chambre de Métiers. Ce document mémorise les étapes franchies par le créateur pour faire aboutir son projet et développer son entreprise pendant les 3 premières années. La remise du Passeport marque l'engagement de l'Espace Entreprendre et de tous les partenaires du réseau Entreprendre en France de suivre le projet de création et ouvre à son détenteur l'accès à l'ensemble de ses prestations. | Once a project has been analysed and has had its procedural steps validated by the Entreprendre advisor in either the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Chambre de Métiers, the enterprise creator is given a 'start-up passport'. This document records the steps to be taken by the enterprise creator in order to get the project up and running for the first 3 years. The acquiring of the passport marks the commitment of the Espace Entreprendre and of all its partners in the network across France to follow and monitor the project, and it opens up access to all of their services to the entrepreneur. | |

chefs d'entreprises et ont pour objectif de promouvoir la création
en apportant aux nouveaux entrepreneurs : u un concours technique sous la forme de parrainage, u un suivi des entreprises nouvellement créées, u une aide financière sous le forme de prêt d'honneur ou de prêt participatif, destinée à la constitution de fonds propres de l'entreprise. |
Working
in direct collaboration with the Entreprendre network, local plates-formes
d'initiative (initiative platforms), led by company directors, aim
to promote company creation by offering new entrepreneurs: u technical assitance with sponsorship, u monitoring of newly created companies, u financial assistance, in the form of either a loan without repayment guarantee or a participatory loan, in order to form a fund for the company. |
