qui, dans l'année, ont été enregistrées
comme soumises à la TVA. Cet enregistrement est obligatoire
lorsque le chiffre d'affaires annuel est égal ou supérieur
à 50 000 £ ; il est facultatif en dessous de ce
seuil. |
The
UK figures show the number of VAT registered companies for the
year. This includes all companies whose annual turnover is equal
to or greater than £50,000, for whom registration is obligatory;
VAT registration for companies with turnover below this threshold
is optional. |

de prise d'activité. Ceux-ci se produisent dans 3 cas
: la création pure (nouveaux établissements),
la reprise totale ou partielle d'activité d'un établissement
par un autre et la réactivation d'activité par
l'établissement lui-même après un temps
mort. |
In
France, the term "enterprise creation" is more inclusive
as it encompasses all uptakes in enterprise activity. This can
be in 3 ways: through the start up of new establishments; the
complete or partial resumption of activity in an establishment
by somebody else, and the return to activity by a company itself
after a period of cessation. |
