There are three lead partners in the project :
> In East Sussex: The University of Sussex (School of European Studies)
> In Seine-Maritime: the Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Department of Economic Research and Development)
> In Somme: The Picardie Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry. (Economic Development department)
The Rives-Manche Economic Observatory's activities are controlled by an Anglo-French steering group, composed of Interreg II representatives, government bodies, economic development actors and Interreg project leaders.
