Introduction to Physiology and Biochemistry (900H1)

Autumn teaching

This module takes a functional approach providing you with an understanding of the core physiological, biomechanical and biochemical concepts that underpin the human body. The content will move through the human organ systems and tissue types with particular emphasis placed on learning fundamental principles and their relevance in a biomedical engineering environment.
