Digital transformation is crucial for contemporary business success.
This module engages with the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and cloud computing, to manage contemporary challenges business face in the digital era. It critically assesses:
- the use of these technologies to drive digital transformation
- the role they play in business strategies for innovation
- the ways they implicate the organisation of work and affect people and teams
- how they impact on economic, social and environmental sustainability.
