Funding and help for UK students
If you're from England, you may be eligible for:
- a Postgraduate Master’s Loan, where you can apply for up to £12,471 for your course
- government funding and loans if you want to study a social work course or teacher training course (such as a PGCE)
- the Disabled Students Allowance to help you cover some extra costs. Email studentsupport@sussex.ac.uk for more information.
You repay your Postgraduate Master’s Loan at the same time as other student loans you may have.
If you normally live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, postgraduate funding is different so check with your local student funding agency.
You may also be able to apply for a Masters scholarship, which can include some fees and living costs funding.
