Our global identity

Find out about our international community of staff and students with strong partnerships around the world.

Our staff and students come from a diverse range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We value the wealth of views, skills and knowledge that diversity brings to the experience of staff and students at the School of Psychology.

Working with academic and non-academic partners around the world, we are transforming global knowledge to tackle the most pressing challenges of our times, such as climate and environmental change, emergencies and collective resilience, social inequalities, mental health and wellbeing.

We provide a wide range of opportunities to our students to experience another culture, improve language abilities and career prospects through our Study Abroad program, international summer schools, and international placements.

Our international reputation is recognised by strong performance in global league tables such as the Times Higher Education World-Rankings.
