Biography
Now retired, I spent most of my working life as a teacher in the post-16 sector, and for the last eight years was a qualifications development manager for the creative arts and media at Edexcel.
In 2012 I returned to Sussex to finish the doctoral thesis I had put aside in 1982, completing it in June 2013 under the supervision of Prof. Andrew Hadfield.
Since then I have been a Visiting Research Fellow attached to the Centre for Early Modern and Medieval Studies in the Department of English at Sussex.
