Sussex Centre for American Studies

The Sussex Centre for American Studies focuses on the interdisciplinary study of North America, emphasizing histories of resistance and liberation, transnational and diasporic race and ethnicity, the U.S. in a global context, the history of ideas, and gender and sexuality.
