Announcing Media, Arts and Humanities Research Institute's annual theme 2024/25

The Media, Arts and Humanities Research Institute's annual theme for 2024/25 is 'Human Flourishing'.
From Aristotle to Sussex 2035 we will be exploring what Human Flourishing means for Media, Arts, and Humanities disciplines.
Events throughout the year include:
- 12 November, 12-1.30pm: In Conversation: Sasha Roseneil and Cornel Sandvoss
- 10 January, 9.30am-4pm: Media, Arts and Humanities On-Campus Writing Retreat
- 26 February, 3-5pm: Media, Arts and Humanities Research Conversations
- 30 April, 2-5pm: Flourishing with Activism
- May. Sussex Festival of Ideas, part of Brighton Festival
- 26 June, all day: Media, Arts and Humanities Faculty Research Away Day
- 30 June & 1 July, all day: Media, Arts and Humanities Summer Writing Retreat
This is the MAH Research Institute's second annual theme, following the inaugural theme Beginnings for 2023/24, which was voted for by the Media, Arts and Humanities research community and featured eight events over the course of the year.
