With internal emails
Step 1: If you have sent an email internally to a wrong recipient or sent an incorrect attachment, please ensure that you recall your original email.
Step 2: Please send the breach email in question along with a copy of the recall report and all other relevant information and emails to dpo@sussex.ac.uk.
With external emails
Step 1: If you have sent an email externally to a wrong recipient or sent an incorrect attachment, please contact the incorrect recipient with a new email, and ask them to delete the email from their Inbox, Sent, and Deleted folders, as well as to confirm back to you that they have done the deletion.
Step 2: Please send the breach email in question along with all other relevant information and emails to dpo@sussex.ac.uk.
