Dear colleagues,
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the security, performance, and efficiency of our Microsoft 365 environment, we are carrying out a scheduled cleanup of inactive OneDrive accounts.
These accounts are no longer associated with active user licenses and have not been in use for an extended period. This activity is part of a wider service improvement to ensure our systems are tidy, compliant, and operating at their best.
You don’t need to take any action. However, if you find that you’re no longer able to access certain files that were previously shared with you via OneDrive, please log a ticket with the IT Service Desk, and we’ll be happy to investigate.
