Early closure of the IT Services counter service in Shawcross today, Thursday 20 March

Due to a shortage of staff it is necessary to close the counter service offered in Shawcross at 13:00 today. We will continue to answer the phones and to deal with incidents and service requests raised by customers via email or the self service portal https://sussex.ac.uk/its/helpdesk
