Sussex Direct queueing system to be introduced from Monday 17 February

A queueing system is being introduced on Sussex Direct to help manage traffic during peak times, and so improve user experience. The new system will be implemented for Results Release on Monday 17 February.

On Monday 17 February you may be redirected to a holding page that will tell you your estimated wait time and place in the queue. We do not expect long waiting times but thank you in advance for your patience.
