RESOLVED: Panopto North American Service Disruption

Panopto are currently reporting a service outage that is affecting their North American site. We have been monitoring the processing of recordings here at Sussex and they are progressing normally as we would expect.
Panopto are actively investigating this issue for their North American customers with urgent priority.
We'll update this news item as the issue develops.

Panopto report that the North American Cloud service is now back and available.
They will continue to monitor the issue.
