Microsoft Bookings Now Available
Launched this week at the University is Microsoft Bookings, part of the M365 suite of applications. Available for all staff and students to sign into Bookings to create their own personalized bookings page to book 1-2-1 meetings both in person and via MS Team.
Great features:
- Control over who can access your bookings page
- Can allow internal contacts or external guests to make bookings with you
- Syncs with your Outlook and MS Teams calendar to avoid appointment clashes.
- Can send automatic appointment reminders.
- Can send automatic feedback requests after meetings.
