Reduced counter service hours in Shawcross on Wednesday 10 July

Due to a shortage of staff it will be necessary to close the counter service in Shawcross at 12 noon on Wednesday 10 July.
We will offer our normal phone, incident and counter service until 12 noon and just a phone and incident service from 2pm until 5pm
We expect to be open as normal from 9am - 5pm from Thursday 11 July onwards
We apologise for any inconvenience that this shortening of our counter service hours may cause.
