RESOLVED - Panopto issues - Recordings may not be visible

Panopto are reporting that there are issues this morning which mean that customers may not be able to view recordings. They are working on the issue and as soon as their status page indicates that the issue has been resolved we will update this news item

Panopto report that the issues affecting video playback have now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience that this service degradation may have caused.
