RESOLVED: TURNITIN Incident: Tuesday 2 January 2024

We were notified by Turnitin that they suffered an unexpected service incident that occurred on Tuesday 2 January 2024 between 01:00am (GMT) and 02:44am (GMT).

Users may have experienced issues when attempting to download Similarity Reports.

This issue has now been resolved but if you have any concerns please raise an incident via ITS home : ITS : University of Sussex.
