Issues with Global Protect for some users

We are aware that some users with Azured devices are having problems connecting to the VPN because Global Protect is unresponsive. We are investigating as a matter of urgency and would encourage anyone who is affected to raise an incident with us via our self service portal

We have pushed out a fix to machines for this, however if you're still experiencing issues, please try these instructions to manually update your machine.
