RESOLVED - Canvas log-in issues 9 November 2023

We are aware that users experienced difficulties logging in to Canvas earlier today (9 November 2023). We believe this issue has now been resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are trying to establish when the exact time of the outage occurred and will provide an update of these times as soon as we can.
