As the result of a flood in the Shawcross user area it has been necessary to close the area. This means that we are not currently able to offer a counter service. Please contact us via the self service portal or email itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk

The IT Services user area remains closed today following the flood yesterday. We are aware that staff need to be able to visit us to collect and drop off equipment and are working on providing an alternative drop off and collection point until the user area is reopened.
We will post information further information here as soon as a location has been identified and setup.

Limited Service Desk access in Shawcross
We are pleased to report that we are now able to offer limited access to counter services in Shawcross. If you need to collect or drop off equipment then please call the Service Desk on 01273 678090 between 9am and 1pm or 2pm and 5pm to book a face to face appointment.
All other support requests will need to be raised as incidents or service requests via the self service portal or by emailing itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk
We are not able to support drop ins this week
We are pleased to report that the Service Desk in Shawcross is now fully open and prearranged appointments are no longer necessary if you need to collect equipment.
Our opening times are 9am - 1pm and 2pm- 5pm but please do not come and collect equipment between 12noon and 1pm or after 4pm
