Service Desk phone lines closed 11am - 2pm today

Due to staff shortages the IT Service Desk phone lines will be closed from 11am - 2pm today. We will continue to offer a ticketing service and our counter service will be open but offering only basic support.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected reduction in service.
