The IT Service Desk counter and phone service will be closed on Wednesday 5th April 3pm – 5pm to allow the Service Desk team to attend an Okta Identity Management training.
Please raise incidents and service requests via our self-service portal https://sussex.ac.uk/its/helpdesk during this time and we will respond to them as quickly as we can.
Both services will reopen on Wednesday 12th April, the phone service from 8.30am and the counter service from 9am.
