RESOLVED - Problems with using webprint from personal devices

We are currently working with our external print service provider to identify problems with the webprint service from personal devices which is being reported by a significant number of users today.
If you need to print then we would recommend that you login to an IT Services PC in one of our many cluster rooms and print directly to the printer. Instructions can be found below:

We are pleased to report that the issue with the webprint service has been resolved and it is now working as expected.
If you are logged onto a University desktop machine, please send your print jobs directly to the secure print queue rather than using webprint. Instructions on how to print can be found on the following page:
