RESOLVED: Sussex Mobile App currently unavailable

We are receiving reports of problems accessing both the Sussex Mobile App and the web version of the app. We are investigating this as a priority and will post more information about the issue here as soon as we have it.

Sussex Mobile is currently available, but should continue to be considered at risk while we investigate the root cause of the issue.
We advise students to take a screen shot of their timetables as soon as they are able to ensure they know their timetable for tomorrow in case of further service disruptions.

The Sussex Mobile app is working as expected today, however queries to Sussex Direct, such as viewing timetables, may be slower than normal while issues with Sussex Direct persist.
