IT Services are receiving reports of interruptions to a number of services across campus including Attendance Monitoring, Sussex Direct and VPN access.
We are actively investigating these reports and will post an update on the status of these services as soon as we can.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this unexpected outage is causing.

Services across campus are now returning to normal following a short interruption. If you continue to have problems accessing Sussex Direct then please restart your machine and try again.

We are currently investigating a repeat of the service outage problems that occurred earlier on today. We apologise for the ongoing interruption and will post more information here as soon as we have it.
Following further investigations, Sussex Direct access and performance has now returned to normal.
