NOW RESOLVED - Network issues affecting VPN connectivity

An expired certificate is causing VPN connectivity issues at present. A new certificate has been applied for and as soon as it's available it will be applied which will allow you to connect to the VPN as normal.

This issue will be updated as and when the certificate is received and replaced.

We are waiting on the provision of a security certificate to resolve the current VPN problem.  As soon as the certificate arrives we will apply it and post an update here.

We apologise for the inconvenience that not being able to connect via the VPN is causing staff this morning.

We are still waiting for the security certificate to arrive, but are actively chasing this and have escalated our request to the JISC Management Team.

We are continuing to chase our provider for a new security certificate and will continue to post regular updates throughout the afternoon.

RESOLVED

The new security certificate has arrived and has been applied.  Staff working at home should now be able to connect to the VPN in the usual way.
