If you raise a service request with IT Services, please ensure that you allow a minimum of 5 working days for it to be fulfilled.
This is particularly important for service requests for login details for new staff. Ensuring that the correct access is setup requires input from multiple teams across IT Services and can take some time depending on staffing levels.
We are not able to prioritise service requests that are submitted at short notice
