Advance warning - NO IT Service counter service

Due to staff shortages, IT Services are not going to be able to offer a counter service in Shawcross on the following days:
Wednesday 30 March
Thursday 31 March
Friday 1 April
We will continue to answer phones and deal with incidents and service requests during this time and will reopen the counter on Monday 4 April.
The cluster room and user area, including printers, will remain accessible during this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
