Staff on the IT Service Desk are going to be prioritising telephone calls from Graduand's over the next couple of days, as we support them in gaining access to Sussex Direct in order to book their Graduation tickets.
We would ask that staff and students with other questions and issues, raise an incident via our self service portal or email us, and only call us if the issue is business critical.
