Reason for downtime: We are aware that some staff are unable to access Cognos reports and may be faced with this message:
DPR-ERR-2109 The dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing. Contact your administrator if this problem persists.
IT Services are aware of this issue and the service should be restored shortly.

Cognos is now back online and the service has been restored.
