The IT Service Desk Team will be attending a training session on Friday 29 January from 9am - 2pm and during this time will not be taking phone calls or responding to tickets.
If you need support from IT Services during this time, please use the online ticket system to get in touch, and we will respond as soon as possible. Our staff will focus on priority tickets that have been submitted through our website once the training is complete.
