With the latest lockdown now in force, IT Services is operating as normal to support students and staff studying and working remotely. We also have a limited number of essential staff working in Shawcross to support campus activity. We are anticipating a high volume of calls to our support phone line. We appreciate your patience, and ask that if your issue / request is non-urgent please use the online support portal to log your ticket.
Due to the current restrictions, we are currently unable to offer walk-in support. We are processing support tickets and answering calls as normal. If you need to drop off or collect equipment, or if we are unable to resolve your issues remotely, we will contact you and arrange an appointment so you can come into Shawcross.
