FCM Messages on Android phones, 27 August 2020

If you have an Android phone, you might see notifications that say “FCM Messages”. They might come from Teams or Hangouts.
Please do not tap on these messages, simply clear the notification. We aren’t aware of any threats from these notifications, but there is a problem with the Android operating system so we recommend you avoid tapping on them.
Google and Microsoft are aware of this issue and are investigating. We will provide more information when it’s available.
