If you need support from IT Services this week, please use the online ticket system to get in touch, rather than calling us.
Staff from the IT Service Desk will be receiving additional training this week to ensure we can support you on all the new platforms that ITS has launched in recent months. This means that fewer staff will be available to answer calls.
In order to respond quickly to your enquiries, our staff will focus on tickets that have been submitted through our website.
