Saving your files at the end of your studies

When you complete your studies at Sussex, it’s important to take a copy of any files that you want to keep. If you want to take a copy of everything in your University OneDrive account or Adobe Creative Cloud account, Microsoft and Adobe provide tools to migrate your files.

These tools copy your files and assets from your University account to a personal account.

The Microsoft Mover will migrate your files into a personal OneDrive account (you can store 5GB for free), while the Adobe Assets Migration tool will copy Creative Cloud assets and files to a personal Creative Cloud account (Adobe offer 2GB of free storage).

To move your Adobe Assets, use the Adobe Asset Migration tool.
