We are working very hard to improve our guidance pages and develop new solutions to enable staff to work from home. The IT Service Desk is getting an unprecedented number of calls and tickets. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this challenging time, and we will respond to all enquiries as quickly as we can.
We are currently carrying out urgent work to transfer some of our critical services, including email to the Cloud. The migration of mailboxes to Office 365 has been completed ahead of schedule in response to the current situation to ensure that all of our staff can continue to work remotely without a drop in performance.
Some staff have removed their desktop computers from the University in order to use them at home. Please do not do this - these machines are not configured to work outside of campus.
Instead you can assist ITS by leaving your desktop computer in place and switched on while away from campus.
