This issue will only affect you if you’re trying to replace a file that you have already uploaded to Turnitin. This isn’t currently possible. The engineering team at Turnitin are working to resolve the issue.
You can still upload a new version of your file.
Staff are advised to mark the most recent version of files and ignore older versions.
