Systems / Services Affected: If you use any Adobe CC 2019 applications today, you might see an error message that says ‘This device was not registered properly’.
You can ignore the message (click Continue), and ignore any advice to download a tool from the Adobe website. Your application will work normally.

Reason for downtime: This appears to be a change made by Adobe. We will raise the issue with them and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
