Logging in to Adobe CC 2019

The latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud (2019) is now available for staff to install via the Software Centre. You can remove previous versions of CC using the Software Centre (on PCs) or the Adobe Uninstaller package in the Managed Software Centre (on a Mac). The uninstaller can take a while to run.
A team from ITS has started installing the latest software on all student PCs, which includes Adobe CC 2019.
Due to changes by Adobe, you will be prompted to sign in to Adobe CC 2019 more often than in previous versions. On a student computer, you will be prompted the first time you run any Adobe application, each time you log in; on a staff computer, you will be prompted the first time you launch an Adobe application after installation.
If prompted, choose the option to log in with an Enterprise ID, and then use your Sussex username followed by @sussex.ac.uk (eg, ano123@sussex.ac.uk) and your normal Sussex password.
